Founder’s Story

Scope Merge was founded by Youssef Hedhili after 14 years in Germany: studying at TU Munich, consulting at PwC, and leading operations at a Berlin autonomous driving startup.

While most European companies looked to saturated Eastern European markets, Youssef explored an alternative: Tunisia offered the engineering talent, cultural alignment, and proximity needed, before broader market awareness.

Scope Merge is the infrastructure to make it accessible.
