What does Scope Merge do?

We help European companies build engineering teams in Tunisia. We handle recruitment, employment (EOR), and team support. You get full-time engineers who work exclusively for you.

Recruiting agencies charge 15-25% placement fees and disappear after the hire. We employ the engineers long-term through our EOR, handle payroll and compliance, and provide ongoing support. No placement fees.

We replace them at no additional cost within the first 90 days. After that, we handle offboarding and backfill as needed.

Typically 3-4 weeks from defining the role to an engineer starting. Sometimes faster if we already have candidates in our pipeline.

No. Most clients start with 1-2 engineers for 3-6 months to see how it works. You can scale up or down with 30 days notice.
